As a Print-on-Demand brand, each item is specially printed or embroidered once you place your order. Generally, processing takes 2-4 business days, and shipping takes an additional 5-7 business days to reach your doorstep.

We offer a 100% replacement or refund if you receive a product that is physically damaged, has a print defect, or is the wrong item. Please notify us at support@kaipren.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the product moves into the custom printing or embroidery stage and cannot be cancelled or modified.
