1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. Whether you are in the heart of a city or in a remote corner, we aim to reach you.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially during new drops), shipments may be delayed by a few days.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5-7 business days after processing.

  • Express Shipping: (If available) Typically takes 2-4 business days.

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders above ₹599.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will be active within 24 hours.

5. Delivery Partners

We partner with reputed courier services like BlueDart, Delhivery, and Ecom Express to ensure your KAIPREN package reaches you safely.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately at support@kaipren.com with photos of the packaging and the product. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as per the situation.

7. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. KAIPREN is not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address provided by the customer.
